Call failed problem

After my iphone unlcoked.
I can receive call, sms .
I can SMS
But when i try to calling it's say Call Ended
call failed
Anyone can help me please

On my phone, it says this when the line I am calling is busy. Maybe check such obvious causes before you panic (area code, etc).
