how do you download a flash 9 player ?

OK I need help -- how do you download a flash 9 player to look at movies on youtube website not the watered down one on iphone ?

The Youtube app in the iPhone is not an embedded flash player.
This app is playing h.264 encoded videos on youtube.
They have recently switched to this codec.

Oh, and just to make it even clearer, at present there is NO actual Flash player available for the iPhone, at least not yet.
