HELP: no outgoing call after Software Unlock

i did a software unlock on my iphone, tried both ways ipsf and harro's , each time the result is the same, incoming calls yes, in/out sms yes, but NO OUTGOING call, tried different sim carrds with the same result, anybody can help?

have been struggeling for the past 12 hours trying to figure this out, and it turns out to be a simple solution, i have 2 iphones, one is with the problem and the other is fully functional, i synched the fully functional iphone with itunes, then disconnected it, and connected the one with the problem, then itunes asked me whether i want to set up a new iphone or restore from an old one, so clicked on restore and selected the other iphone name from the drop down menu, and its done, now i can recieve and make calls from both of them, one is unlocked by Software unlock and the other is by Tsim.

I also have the same problem and no way to get a second iphone. Can you explain?? Thanks
