hello
sounds good apple tv with osx :) wow!!!
i would buy it at this moment if someone could tell me if it is a adaptor out there to

go from hdmi to vga with conversion(and what is the quality loss???)
or from componente video(yuv+audio analog L+R) to scart or svhs or composite audio with conversion???(and what would be the quality loss???

its a shame apple didnt get at least svhs or composite on the apple tv box.
becouse most of the peaple have old crt televisions (not flat...plasma or lcd)

i have a 16:9 panasonic with quintrix and svhs scart and composite input
and an old vga monitor with vga input(from macom)
thanks for answers

Hi there,

You should check if your Euro/scart plug has a Component input.

Most of the 16/9 TVs can handle YUV, RGB (15Khz), Y-C and Composite Video.
Sometimes even VGA (31~38Khz).

Good luck ;)
