DVD+R/RW in 10.4.9

I can get with my PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-110D writting on DVD+R/RW in 10.4.8

Firmware Revision: 1.37
Interconnect: ATAPI
Burn Support: Yes (Apple Shipped/Supported)
Cache: 2000 KB
Reads DVD: Yes
CD-Write: -R, -RW
DVD-Write: -R, -RW, +R, +RW, +R DL

as you can see, but i only get in 10.4.9 :

Does anybody have a clue?

That look strange, switch the kext for it with the one of 10.4.8

i do have a 111L pioneer and under .9 i still get the whole options...

Get the app called patchburn and set your burner up with any options it can handle

i dont think it has something to do with ur AMD CPU
just try using the macupdate as a regular pc then copy the necessary files on it (kernel applesmbios, IOATA etc)
