Disabling Edge Wifi only Any programs out or informaion about it

I was wondering if there was anything you could do about disabling edge for internet use. The reason is because i dont want or have a data plan. Sometimes the wifi cuts in and out and I just dont want to be chanrged for internet mishaps thanks for all your suppor in unlocking my iphone and continued support thanks

Either delete the APN settings under Setting>General>Network>EDGE if you never want to use EDGE, or put an X - or anything else - at the end of the APN info, you can then delete the X to use edge.
