hi - I am now beta testing my new widget that resizes the
GUI beyond the scope of quartz debug - and the setting stays.

Finally I can see the bottom of the apps that went outside the screen.

I never could access the bottom of photobooth.... now I can.

There will be some more bug testing before I actually release this widget.

be care ful - 1 = 100 percent - 0.5 give u half the size .. for asus aspire one - 0.85 or even 0.8 is perfect.
This actives vector UI - so u may notice a slow-down - tho u can access those buttons u couldnt before.
