How to delete icon “Loading” [Solved]

I was updating Twinkle when the wifi connection got interrupted and now unable to delete/remove the this icon named “Loading” on my iPhone springboard. Tried install/uninstalling of Twinkle a few times using iTunes but to no avail. And this icon got no "X" to delete.

Anyone know how to solve this problem? Pls help.

To do this, you will want to go into the App Store and try downloading something else. This will prompt you for your username/password combination again and then will download both for you.
