all songs played from my external hardrive are saved to my itunes library all i want to do is listen to them and not save them to my macintosh HD help is appreciated thanks:hack::hack:

In itunes, go to iTunes-> Preferences, click the "advanced" tab up top, and uncheck "copy files to itunes music folder when adding to library"
