Hey,
My Windows Vista with Itunes recognize and works great with remote, but my Kalyway hackintosh (same machine with vista) doesn't recognize Remote at all.
When I start Remote in my iPhone, and I add new library, it shows a passcode, but iTunes doesn't do anything.
I'm in same wifi both, iphone and kalyway.

There is a setting somwhere in network prefs that you need to check, I don't know exactly what it is, but it's something like "allow all connections". As I say I don't know the exact setting, as I didn't need it (kalyway 10.5.2) search google as this was how I found out about it.

also make sure you enable sharing of your library from with in iTunes. Prefs -> Sharing -> Share my Library on my Local Network... I had just reinstalled mac osx86 and forgot to recheck that and once i did it worked for me :) hope that helps

Thanks Doktaphex and kuffs for your answers, but still it doesn't work. I disabled firewall and enabled sharing in iTunes. And i don't think problem is with my router, because it works in Vista perfect.
I guess I have to wait that someone have same problem and solution, or Apple will release a update.
