Hi guys,

I need to do a restore because my phone takes ages to install apps and reboots during app installs and other funky stuff. What I want to know is if I install the apps manually again will I be charged for the games I have already paid for?

You won't have to pay again, Apple knows which apps your Apple ID account has purchased. You can download them again or restore them from iTunes (iPhone Backup)
