[Req] iLog or Wetool like app for AppStore

eh i got a question.. is it possible to write an official app like iLOG or wetool.. that i can delete individual entries in the call log.. and another one something like blacklist... or apple does not allow that in their sdk?

Not sure if Apple will allow it on AppStore but they will soon appear in Cydia and Installer (when its out).
