[Safari] Can't Upload Files and Play embedded videos

I'm using osx 10.5.2 kalyway..

1)my safari crashes every time when i try to upload a file


Problem details:

2)I cant watch quick time movies, i got a question mark on the movie..

I can solve that problems temporarily by making a new user.. but after some restarts and setting changing the problem is back

I tried to uninstall and install safari ( i updated it to the last version and uninstalled with AppCleaner).. but it didn't help..
