[AppStore][Req] Lock screen Calendar Event application ?

I really thought there would be some software like Kate (RipDev) or similar... but I can't see any!!! is this kind of app against apples terms & conditions (i.e. changing the lock screen to show up coming events)?

Yeah, I doubt they would allow something that messes with system files.
