I have some problems with my MacBook Air, so I did use my Care protaction plane and they replaced my hard drive, because it was spoilt.

Today it was the first day that I turn it on, and I see the movie on start up, so I went trought appointment when I come to the window where can I choose "DO YOU ALREADY OWN A MAC?"

I did selecte that I wouldn't transfer any information, but the system stop and the intro movie from Leopard runs one more time, and I can go through this steps to "DO YOU ALREADY OWN A MAC?" and there is also the same thing.

So I decide to erase and install new instalation of my Leopard whitch is on this two DVD's and the same story as before.

What should I do, I need my Air to work with, but for know I didn't used it very much,m because it doesn't run well.

I also look at Apple support and I found this:

. Boot into Safe Mode by holding down the shift key upon boot… Waaaaaaaaaait really really loooooong it will finally work
2. DO NOT LOG IN
3. Hit the back arrow key
4. Then hit the restart button
5. Wait, it will then run/rerun the updates
6. Wait, wait, wait and it will finally restart…

But I can't go ino the safe mode.

Please help me!
