[AppStore] Is it possible to download apps without wifi ?

Will I be able to download software from Appstore with no wifi? Do you buy thru iTunes on mac or via iPhone? I ask because I want to keep my fully functioning iPhone loaded with all the 3rd party apps and installer and cydia. I have another iPhone I couldn't sell because of no wifi -so was looking to upto 2.0 and try out for a while.

As I understood there are three options: Edge install, WiFi install and through your Mac syncing.

The first one is limited to 10MB software or below, the rest aren't.
