No new features. Its just like Leopard. Fortunately Apple is focusing on Security and Stability this time!

It will be out during Mac World expo 2009 ! Dont know about Developers release! :)

Personally, I am sure hoping that Apple gets around to putting something out on ADC... eventually... for us paying members who... you know... pay for pre-release stuff.
