The tutorial is excellent!!! 3 hours more or less to full unlock.
The needles part, piece of cake!!. It let you try hundred times until to get it.!!!!

le puedo poner edge de cualquier empresa.. ya hice 7 y a todos les funciono el EDGE.
No me acuerdo los datos de CTi, pero llama a atencion al cliente, y pediles el acceso a GPRS... creo q era

sisi pero viste que si lo queres levantar en cualquier telefono, (por ej un motorola)
tenes que ingresar una IP y algunos datos mas que el iphone no te da la opcion para agregarlo, lo puse asi como decias vos buscando en google la data y no anduvo

Wow, the methods and documentation have really improved. Kudos to all involved in doing this for the community!

I might actually now have the nerve to go for it if the software unlock falls through. It actually looks like lots of fun too, and would bring back fond memories from electronics in high-school.

Just one question though... if I'm super careful, can I do the case opening without scratching it, or leaving other noticeable blemishes or warps? I know I'd void warrantee and this is okay.

If you are carefull, you can leave it as it came from the box!!!

I wonder if you could use a wide razor blade to work gently at the antenna cover to get it loosened... but would need to be careful of slicing any hidden wires :eek:

The hardware hack will also give you good practice for when comes time that you need to change and resolder in a replacement battery.
