[iPhone 3G] Bluetooth 2.0+ EDR AND AD2P ?

Anyone know if the new iPhone will support AD2P (stereo bluetooth)? Looking at my MBP and MBA's tech specs, the bluetooth description is the same -- Bluetooth 2.0+ EDR -- and both support Stereo Bluetooth. Are we to assume by this that the new iPhone does as well?

I don't think it supports A2DP:( Apple wouldn't do that as they sell there products for bluetooth and etc. I may be wrong but reading many forums, there has been LOTS of complaints about no A2DP support.
