The patent for the iphone 3g is out since may 29th 08

anyway if you are asking question about the patent or the 3G iphone, nobody can awnser you yet... wait another 5 day and maybee we were gonna be able to awnser

I like the patent application, just went over some of its highlights.

However, I don't want to be a party pooper for this device, but we must remember its a patent some of the features may or may not make it to this current device.

Don't get me wrong, I would love for all the features mentioned to be on it; however, I am also realistic. Apple doesn't release everything at once or half baked.

I'm assuming that some features are still in beta stages or that some of them are already ready. However, as we have seen in the iPod line, Apple slowly releases major updates to make the most out of current models. Simple marketing skills.

Let's see what happens.
