View Full Version : [Virtualization Support] OSX on VMWare?
Just wondering if OSX can be installed (easily?) on VMWare Linux?
I am running X.4.8 on a MacBook (Intel) now, is it possible just dd the disk image or something to a VMWare hard disk?
Thanks in advance, sorry for the n00bish question.

I was very successful in installing Mac OS X using vmware on windows xp, I don't think there is a big difference between the linux or window's version.

i dont think so. I tried to install in vmware on linux and is different than win. Bec in win exit very different prog for mount the iso and on linux this is more difficult. The iso cannot mounted with vmware bec the installation crash until show the install screen. :(
I read in some place, the iso can converted in the vmdk format, (with qemu) and then attach this image on vmware like other disk. But is not so easy.
