Mail not working after PWNAGE

Whenever I click the Mail icon, it crashes back to springboard. When I sync to iTunes, I get the message, "iTunes could not sync mail accounts to the iPhone because the iPhone cancelled the sync."

Does anybody else have this problem, or know how to fix it?

Please help!

Edit: BTW I have 1.1.4, bootloader 3.9 if that helps.

I have the exact some problem.

Everything worked fine using the tool, but when I started the mail application it closed and reset to the springboard.

I am also on 1.1.4 with 3.9BL

I'm syncing the phone right now and haven't had anything errors pop up, so I will post after I have synced.

There is already a thread on this. Search for it. My recollection is that you want to set up the phone as 'new', and then sync with your e-mail account. At any rate, there is a fix for this.

K, I fixed it =)
If your mail is still crashing, install SyncFix from the iClarified Installer Source

Set the permissions on the mail folder in var/mobile/library to 777.

Another fix is to set permissions 777 recursive to the mail folder.
The solution was in another thread in this section, search !
