Failed to patch AppleImage2NORAccess!

Hi I have a jailbroken 1.1.2 iphone unlocked with IPSF, using it on the vodafone NZ network. When I select the 1.1.4 firmware and go into recovery mode, then click iPWNR, a bunch of text scrolls and then I get the following error.

turbo autopwn launchd starting
No patch available
Failed to patch AppleImage2NORAccess!
NOR Flashing failed!

the iphone then reboot back into its original setup. :(

You gotta get your phone to 1.1.4 stock, before you can do any of this.
