[Bootloader] Where do i get the files for PwnageTool ?

I need the bootloader 3.9 and 4.6 image files, just read the Help , but theres nothing there.

Any idea? I google it but nothing...

So i downloaded the file "bootloaders.rar" but when I select it as the bootloader image file, it states that it is not the proper file. What am I doing wrong? THank you for your time.

there are two files in the rar archive, one 3.9 and one 4.6 you have to match them up with what it says on the pwnage application

Firstly make sure you changed all 2 *'s to t's and the $ signs to s before you downloaded the rar file. When you extract the rar file you should have 3 files and one of them is an image file .bmp, the other two are .bin files(BL-39 and BL-46). If you need to see the file extensions open up "My Computer" on your desktop, select "Tools", "Folder Options" then "View" and untick "Hide Extensions For Known File Types" and click "Apply". Now go into the folder when you extracted the rar file and check the 3 files.

PS: Be sure to have WinRar(or similar) installed so you can extract the files from the rar file.

Use StuffIt to decompress the file. I tried the ********** one and it worked like a charm. Thanks to the one who shared the files. :)

I get the error "Unexcpected end of file" but the bootloaders are in the extracted folder though. Is this supposed to happen? Thanks

They are just about 132 kb per file, so this zip seems to bee way to big, btw

There are bootloader downloads there.

WinPWN and Pwnage will not accept non-authentic bootloaders and will give an error - so if it accepts them then you are fine.

There was some bootloaders out originally that were longer and larger files but they were real and pwnage only used a certain amount of them those may be the same ones linked above.

Real bootloaders files are in your hand, just look into the BootNeuter.app folder of your iphone, if you have installed it, of course!
