Just wanted to post my results, used PwnageTool (Thanks Dev-Team ;) ) to pwn my freshly restored 1.1.4 iphone.
Used IPSW Builder to customize the ipsw file, including the option to Bootneuter and everything worked perfectly :) . Even upgrading from 3.9 to 4.6 thanks to Zibri the Gay the magical pasta wizard downgrading it with his magical bug ridden software.
Thanks again Dev-Team !!!

Pwnage worked for me on a new 16GB iphone, out of the box. Now, how do I login with the Term app?
Anyone know the root password, post-pwnage?

The password is the same as it should be: alpine

You need to vt-100 fixes if you haven't installed them but its still Alpine.
As for the error when making the IPSW - look at the thread about that as there is a fix.
If you want to know what fixes you need then check my FAQ stickied!
