The thing with EU is that they don't receive funds immediately, only such called "secured confirmation" from their bank system, the money arrives much later. You just quoted that you have blocked your credit card, and more likely your bank will decline the transfer request. Literally, the check means that their bank will contact your bank with additional request on the transfer. So the delivery really depends on banks now, meanwhile all the items were sent but will be kept at UPS in country of destination (e.g. switzerland) untill cleared.

And a little advice, if you have any doubts I guess the first thing you should do is contact your vendor and try to dig it yourself. The situation is that no one contacted our EU-s office regarding this issue.

If the bank in Switzerland rejected the payement ant that the person wants to make the transaction with you , how can you fix the problem if the parcel is allready shipped ? Do you accept paypal to solve the problem maybe ?
