[iPhone SDK] "Obtaining a Developer Certificate" - Where??

Hey All,

So looking at the documentation here (http://developer.apple.com/iphone/library/documentation/iPhone/Conceptual/iPhoneOSProgrammingGuide/DevelopmentEnvironmentOverview/chapter_4_section_5.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/TP40007072-CH5-SW14).

Indicates that after CSR generation there should be somewhere to upload the CSR and then download the relevant keys. It might just me be, but I cannot find it anywhere on here (http://developer.apple.com/iphone/).

Any ideas?

It seems Apple have not posted this yet - if you register and try to pay to become a 'official' developer it just gives you a reference no. and takes no cash.
Outside of that I don't think Apple will allow you to download it at this time, you have a UK address and currently Apple have only released it in the US.
