[App Store] Share programs with jailbreak?

So... we all heard of how the App Store works. If program is required to pay first, then download to iphone.

Interesting Questions to know...
1. Does those program contain full version download after paid? Or After download, it still requires a registeration key or some sort of program that only allow the APP to run on that iphone only by iphone serial number? What happened when someone restored the iphone, and need to reinstall those paid APP?

2. Since full version of paid APP is installed in the iphone, that means, if we can jailbreak it, and exact the APP from the iphone, and share it on the INSTALLER?

But APPLE is not dumb, I think the APP store program is tied to the iphone, and able to exact information on the iphone and send back to Apple Server for identification, if an APP was paid and installed via APP Store, that iphone's unique identification is stored in Apple server, even if the exact iphone is restored and connect to APP Store to download the same paid program, it will skip the charge and allow the same iphone to re-download the program.

Just interest to find out how our unlock community is able to share and get the APP Store programs for FREE. =)

My thought is, a lot of people will still be jailbreaking their phones, since apple charges $99 to publish your app. Or is that something to get access to the app store?

If apple would charge developers $99 to upload their software, then who'd buy it?

Of course the iPhone will be tied to - APPLE.

However, I think a couple of hackers will be monitoring the packets going to apple, and coming from apple... =)

Apple does not charges you if the app its FREE. That $99 its if you want to debug your app on the iPhone itself, instead of just the emulator. I guess its $299 for Enterprise.
Still, ppl will Jailbreak their iPhones, more than nothing to use Software Unlock apps, and apps that Apple does not let you distribute by iTunes.

It seems clear that in order to submit apps, whether free or not, you need to pay the $99 fee to become an iPhone Developer member. Makes sense too, the people who have to evaluate and monitor submitted apps for copyright and other possible violations need paid.
