So far, I have read that the following things are not allowed to be done with the SDK:
Anything to do with unlocking the iPhone to run other than via the official contract
Anything illegal (presumably the definition of "illegal" at this point means "illegal in the USA")
Porn (although I am sure you could find some yourself with Mobile Safari if you wanted :)
Anything malicious
VoIP apps that talk over EDGE (I do wonder what the apple definition of VoIP is though and whether it would cover something like a game that had inbuilt voice comms or the like)
Have apple said that anything else will be restricted?
