[iPhone SDK][Problem]Can't Download

I try and login using my iTunes account username and pass. It sends me to this page but i get a 404 page not found...

This has never happened before or has it?

All cookies are cleared. No offline data. Tried Opera, Firefox and IE too... yea IE too... :P

I also can't download the SDK - using a US proxy here...

The message I get is:
We are processing your request. Please wait a few moments then refresh this page.

I guess the servers are just too busy right now with all the geeks downloading an SDK they are never going to use (or understand) ;-)

Apple should have been prepared for this, but they are sending 2.09GB to every single dev (that's a lot of bandwidth).

Wait a few more hours or try the get it from another way if you know how.

Are you sure? Im based in germany and i can download the SDK from a german provider, and over VPN to a german datacenter. The other side, based in my office my ip adress is located in Texas and there i can not download the package ;)

i downloaded it here in austria...
sdk is free for any dev anywhere.
just the $99 programme is US-only at the moment

So they may have decided to remove the US only filter (probably causing the slowdown).

A few hours ago the website was not accessible from outside the US, but at the same time it was by using a proxy located in Boston. :)

i guess, that's not true.

I am neither in US nor behind a proxy based in the US,
and i was able to download the SDK "last night" (about 10 hours before writting this post)
I already had a ADC-account, i had to "upgrade" that account to a iPhone-Developper-Account (no money required, but they wanted to know a phone-number).
When finally started, DL was astonishing fast, the max-speed of my adsl-con. (>640kByte/s)

at least that worked a couple of hours ago.

Just now i have some probs to login to the ADC (or "iPDC") - account at the apple-server.

No the Beta 2.0 FW is only included in the Business Version of them and only available for US development studios.

yea.. it is... it has whole xcode and all the other things which come along with the sdk...

btw.. now using the torrent to download the sdk... donno, but the direct link stopped working for me a while ago...

Not really, maybe we had a peak of 150 users and there would be a block for more users but atm there are under 20 users on it, so you can sure download it from there.

iphonefix requires user name and password at login. I don't know why. others can download from here.

How do u connect to iphonefix.de? With ftp client? You have to send anonymous as user and a emailadress as password. Because it's anonymous on my server. But its not a problem on the server because i have currently 23 users on it.

I've tried to connect from internet explorer in vista, then i rebooted in leopard and used finder to connect to server. Here it worked viewing your files, but still can't download (error read or write the files). I'll try again later
