Yup a new commboard will fix all your issues.
Of course that is if your mainboard is working fine

hi,
on the picture is the logic board, the commboard and the battery.
this is more than u need.
http://www.ifixit.com/Guide/105/images_large/42.jpg
picture taken from www.ifixit.com
at the top is the commboard und at the bottom is the logig board.
if the price is good at the end of this auction i would buy and sell the parts on ebay which u dont need.
keep in mind that u would pay 149 $ ONLY for the commnoard on ifixit.com.

if u can open up your iphone, why not do A17 testpoint to fix the bad bootloader???
If your iphone got NO WIFI/BT/IMEI, it is not the problem of your bootloader. It is the eeprom(invalid calibration data)...
Thanks...

It is a good news if your iphone stuck at "spamming AT"...
There are some guideline for spamming AT... start from step number 5
