I've already got an iPhone, but am looking to get it working on ROGERS or FIDO!

So here's what I want, if you have to sell, let me know...

1) A turbo SIM card
2) Can you unlock it via hardware?
3) If you already have an unlocked iPhone, I'll trade you my new one, plus $300
