Can I upgrade my 1.0.2 hardware unlocked iphone to one of the newer firmwares?

Hi all,

Way back in September i bought my iphone and it was hardware unlocked. I have a friend who has the software unlocked 1.1.1 and his phone seem to run a lot smoother than mine.

My question is, is it possible to upgrade my hardware unlocked (1.0.2) iphone to one of the new firmwares? (1.1.2 or 1.1.3)
Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, You can upgrade to 1.1.2 or 1.1.3. Your bootloader was downgraded from 4.6 to 3.9 using the hardware method.
