[1.1.3] Installed Themes don't show up in Summerboard

Whenver I install SMB themes they dont show up in Summerboard. How can I get them to show up so i can set them as my theme.

How do you run the commands?

Use putty to log into your iPhone IP address and then just copy and paste them to the command line and hit enter (log in with username as root and password as alpine). The commands create a symlink to the right directory etc ...
