I have these option to choose from at the same price, which of these is better, please help i want to get the best option.
Do they overheat the iphone at all? I see the gevey has less circuits, will that help to drain the battery less.

i have both of them and i would recommend not getting the China3GPP because it has sms issues and voicemail bugs if you are using T-Mobile USA. Gevey works fine using sms but it might give you the voicemail problem. I have tried both of these sim solutions and they have given me problems with my T-Mobile sim card.

Get the Gevey chip ... I had a stupid china3ggp card that doesn't work on my iphone, but works perfectly on Gevey.
I've got a gevey which appears to be working fine with 1.1.2

I see people are having problems with its battery draining quicker when using GEVEY is that true.

I don't have a comparison to the China3GPP but I'm happy with my Gevey. Gevey is the latest version (4th Generation) of the NextSimII so I think it's better than the China3GPP wich is the 2nd generation if I'm right. I don't know about the batterielife because I haven't used my iPhone as a phone before I got the Gevey card ;) But I can tell you there is almost no difference compared to my Nokia 6300 I used before i got the iPhone. 2 or 3 days with my personel average use of a phone.
Long story short: I'm happy with my gevey card! It is a cheap (25€ on ebay) solution. Not a single problem up to now.
