I upgraded my jb otb 1.1.2 to jb 1.1.3 and one thing I noticed is that all my settings where intact. Nothing had changed even the devices I have paired with the phone. I it quite weird how your disppeared. Did it disappered after you jb or it as there after jb and you just did a reset that is why all settings were back to default?

I did a full reset
now i cant pair with it any more :(
It seems to be a problem with 1.1.3.
Look here (http://www.iphoneatlas.com/2008/01/17/fix-for-iphone-113-bluetooth-problems/) for possible workarounds

IŽll try to help you.
Download putty on your PC, you can find it here http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html.
Start putty on windows, then introduce your iPhone IP address and leave any other setting as it appears. Then, press OPEN button. Connection must be in SSH. And of course you must have BSD and Open SSH installed on your iphone.
Putty ask you for a ID login, just put "root", and a password "alpine" (both of them w/o " ", ok?)
After that you will see something like:
...
# bla bla coment coment
#
at this point you must enter the command that leakwoon had posted:
#chmod -R a+rw /var/root/*
and hit enter, then reboot your iphone.
I have not tested this yet so all the honors are for leakwoon.
Ciao.
