[1.1.3] Dev JB fix iAthan & iQuran

This what i found after i JB 1.1.3 dev. i can't install country or even sound to iAthan & iQuran but it was worked with me on Nat JB so after some serach in the forum i found a post to maidstonelad he mention a solution i for movie rental i test it and it works here solution

Symlinking /var/mobile/Media to /var/root/Media
(ln -s /var/mobile/Media /var/root/Media)

May be this solution make some other old application that use old path for media to store data works also

Tried this symlink.. but doesn't work with me..
tried uninstall/install/restart but still doesn't work.

i have 1.1.3 dev team jb. with bsd 2.0 & Installer 3.0b10
