New apps on installer.app

Today, using installer.app, I noticed that there are new applications.
I have this apps:
> BSD Subsystem
> Community Sources
What are those apps for?

bsd subsytem = unix tools like ls chmod blah blah blah

Community Sources = other repositories to download stuff from (right now theres only one other, Ste's site w/ OpenSSH)

and sell your app to version tracker before they do it :P
