Hi,
tomorrow, a friend of mine visits me and brings along his iPhone, which has been officially activated throuth iTunes with AT&T. Everything's running smoothly, including YouTube.
Now I'd like to copy the certain 3 files from his iPhone in order to fix YouTube on my own iPhone (unofficially activated through iActivator).
Of course, I absolutely don't want to brick his iPhone or forcing him to restore it, so what would be the easiest way of getting file access on his iPhone? I read a lot about iphoneactivator, iPhuc and so on. Of course I don't want to put unnecessary files on his iPhone if not absolutley necessary. The problem is, that he already installed Firmware 1.01 whereas I'm still on 1.0, so I can't 100% reproduce.
So which method would you recommend? If somebody would post a step by step guide, this would be great. I'm on a Mac, but Windows is also no problem.
