how to install (or uninstall) gpsphone

hi all,
i installed gpsphone through installer and now it says it cant find any roms.
how do i create this folder and add my rom?

also...if someone could give me the uninstall directions as well just in case its too complicated and i forget the whole ordeal

To put ROMs onto the iPhone, ssh onto it and create the folder. Then put your ROMs in there. It should work
