Anyone seen this sim reader/writer? will it work with silvercard?

I have the sim reader/writer below and a blank silver card (no data).. can this reader/writer be used to program the loader/eeprom on silver cards?? also what pic programmer software is compatible with this reader/writer??

I have what looks like the same reader/writer and unfortunately there is no software that works with this piece of hardware. The software it comes with works but it is very limited to what you can do. I have tried woronscan and a couple others with no luck.If anyone else has any ideas pleaseeee post.
