How to compile an GUI application on iPhone?

Hello

I have a mac and an Iphone and I would like to make some GUI applications such as a Microsoft Word reader/writer. But before I start can some one please post a compleate guide how to setup the compiller and how to do the compile.

I run Mac OSX 10.4.8 and can't update to lates version because I have a hackingthos ( mac os on a pc).

Has anyone got a url to a "How To" if one exists.

I don't think anyone's done a howto, but if you know Cocoa / Objective-C already, you can just grab the source to something like NESapp and see how it works. It's not terribly complex.
