1st of all wanna apologize for my english!

gotta big problem, tyrin mad to get mit card infos readed.. allways gettin the same message from woronscan Communication problem... closing COM port...
The real speed is 9600..
There is a no Phoenix device or card inserted...
Communication problem... closing COM port...
Can't select 3F00 file


I tried almost every com port on my PC, almost every speed but allways the same error message!
Using infinity usb unlimited software v2.65
and infinity usb unlimited firmware v1.04 on windows xp sp2
plz need some help
Im from germany maybe someone could explain me that in german!!!

Did you try to enable VPC mode ?

Where? I have being looking for that everywhere but cant find it in any of the options.
I have installed:

Infinity USB Unlimited & Woroscan 1.09

I tried vcp modus almost every speed and com port! nothing works...
the infinity site ist down, dont know if my software ist the latest and also the firmware..
getting mad headaches =)

maybe the sim is faulty, i had this same problem, and the only thing that worked was other sims, so maybe you found yourself a broken one...
Have you tried other sims?

OK, mal in Deutsch:

Verson 2.65 und Firmware 1.04 sind die aktuellen...
Die Software starten (erstmal nur die Infinity). In der Menüleiste auf Tools gehen.
Virtueller COM Port (VCP) Modus auswählen.
Einen freien, nicht vorhanden COM Port wählen, z.B. COM3
Polarität auf Phoenix
Frequenz so lassen wie sie ist (3.579 Mhz)
Profil Standard
Unten auf Aktivieren klicken

Die Software sollte jetzt verschwinden (nur noch kleines Icon neben der Uhr)
Der Leser sollte nun dauerhaft ROT leuchten, vorher muss es dauerhaft BLAU
gewesen sein. Wenn das so ist, kannst Du jetzt Woron Scan oder sonst was
starten. Hier auch erst den richtigen Leser wählen unter Setttings. Phoenix
Com Port 3. Karte rein und mal nur die IMSIE oder soetwas gelesen, das muss
funktionieren. Wenn Du aus Deutschland kommst, kann ich Dir aber schon sagen,
das Du keinen Erfolg mit dem auslesen der Ki haben wirst... Hier sollten wir
abwarten was der Tubo Sim bringt... Bei weiteren Fragen einfach melden

FIRST CHECK:

In XP the programmer led must be blue all the time. if not, the device drivers for win xp havent been installed corectly.
When started the vcp modus the led has to be red all the time, even without sim inserted. maybe you should turn on the log and can see what the problem might be. you have to choose a free com port, a com port not existing in your windows enviroment. check system, sometimes you have a couple of other virtuell coms, for bluetooth modem and something like that. use 9600 baud, this should work all the time (1x 3.579 Mhz) versions 2.65 and firmware 1.04 is up to date
