I just got my iPhone today & I'm ready to activate it by Anderson method iPhoneTool but still some worries :
1. Is there any specific version of iTune I need ?
2. Is it possible to restore to factory setting after activated ? If yes, how ?
3. Any problem if update the phone firmware after ?
3. I am running BootCamp so after I activated it on Mac OSX, does the phone also work & sync on the iTune in WinXP side ?
Thanks guys !

Ok, here we go...
1. Just get hold of the latest version!
2. Yes, iTunes allows you to restore the phone.
3. No, the phone updates fine after activation.
3. Yes, it will work sync on Win iTunes, but not with both at once... i.e. you can't pick and choose which system you'll use each day without starting from scratch each time.
Lastly, read through the site http://www.anderson-technologies.com/archives/5 just to make sure you understand it clearly!
Good luck ;)

Thanks Stewcp !
I understood pt. 1-3.
For pt.4, so now I'll use Mac to activate it & no problem to sync in Mac iTune.
However, I'll be in Win more so after I activated in Mac without sync in iTune & plug the phone in Win side, it's okay to sync, right ?
If I have sync it on Mac side iTune, then plug in Win side, it'll not work unless I do the Anderson method again on Mac . Is that correct ?
Thanks again & btw, the phone is beautiful both outside & the display.

Sorry, I didn't explain myself very well!
You can only sync the iPhone with 1 PC or Mac... for example, if you sync it with PC/Mac No. 1 and loaded it with music videos etc... and then tried to sync it with PC/Mac No. 2, iTunes would inform you that its already partnered with another computer and to sync with this computer the existing music/videos etc would be wiped...
Does that make sense?
Otherwise, once activated, whether you use it on a Mac or PC, it will stay Activated! unless Apple decides to play hard ball!!!
