iPHUC on Linux ?

Has anyone tried to compile iPHUC (or any of the other programs like iPhoneInterface) on a Linux machine?

I'd also like to get the toolchain ported to linux, but this would probably take a considerable effort...

so i tried getting this working but didn't have any luck, as it wanted to link against apple's MobileDevice framework, and i couldn't find a way to get that going, just in case anyone is curious
