Thanks. I'm sure you 'll get the alerts working even when the phone is asleep eventually.

However, there is one glaring problem. There is no setting to use a simple alert/bell/ring instead of an Athan as a reminder. Imagine being in a meeting where a discreet vibrate is needed rather than a long Athan blasting out of your jacket pocket. Please add this in ASAP.

Still alerts not working during iphone at asleep mode.

kneeslasher, have you tried version 0.04 (now 0.05)? 0.04 introduced vibration alerts and so one can set alerts to vibration and disable sound alerts altogether.

Yes serpent, unfortunately alerts don't work with sleep mode but will once it's figured out. Thanks.

That's handy, but an audible non-Athan alert is also required.

I find that the timing might be a bit off as there's only one city for Saudi Arabia, FYI I'm currently based in Dammam. Hope that there will be more cities available in next update.

You can select your own city you know - on the Change City screen, press "New" from top right and you can download your country's data and then select the city of your choice. There's no limit to the number of cities you can add.

Also, version 0.06 now supports playing Athan and vibrating even when the phone is asleep.

ag_oo7 - Not sure what you mean but you can choose from a number of athan sounds from the "Prayer Alerts" settings screen.

I dont know is it true or not, my battery now drain very faster with iathan 0.06 beta. Maybe it keep running at thne back for iathan can alert during iphone in sleep mode.
