I used the SSHkit to install SSH into my iPhone. After following the instructions, I tried to SSH into my iPhone. I instantly get the error "Connection Refused".
I also tried to replace update with chmod (renamed of course) and edited the com.apple.update to chmod 555 various apps (like iTetris and Zune2) but none of them work.
I looked into my crash log on my iPhone and it said I was missing some files, so I uploaded the 0.6 binkit since it had the file the game was looking for. Nothing works though.
I feel like the information is scattered.
Question #1 - do I need the binkit to run custom apps?
Question #2 - if so, how do I install it?
Question #3 - Why am I getting a "Connection Refused" when trying to SSH into the iphone.
I am running a peer-to-peer network from my laptop to my iPhone for SSH.
I am running firmware 1.0.0 on my iPhone.
