[Search.App] licence problem

I dunno if anyone can help but I guess there is no harm in asking
I downloaded and installed the search app for contacts on my iPhone but since I'm travelling and I don't have edge . I used my friends iPhone (in which I specially downloaded and installed search , cuz he prefers the original apple app)
to donate without being aware that the licence was iPhone specific. I did this twice till I read the complete email that the licence was iPhone specific

Is there any way to get the app on my iPhone to run without donating further I have proof of donations if the the developer wants to see . My friend deleted search as he doesn't use it.
I like the app and want to use it on my iPhone without the message

If anyone has a solution it is greatly appreciated
