I want to add many native applications to my jailbroken 1.1.2 iPhone, but I don't know which launcher is better. I don't want to change themes and stuff, I only want to be able to switch between different applications pages. I've read about Summerboard, Customize, Stacks. Which is the simplest and better option? Do iLauncher do the trick?
Thanks
Wedge.

If I were you here's what I would do. You can check the sticky for sources and other apps you can get.

-Summerboard: you can add themes and gives you pages so you can scroll to the side and see more apps

-Customize: allows you to hide icons (comes in useful when using Category) also lets you move your icons around

-Category: You need to add BigBoss's Source (can find it in the source thread) This lets you have one icon that you click and it will open up a page with whatever apps you put inside of it.
Example:
--Games
*iPhysics
*Dominos
*iSolitare

I'm sure you get the point, if not.. Give it a try. You really don't need iLauncer with these 3 apps.

My vote for the best 'Launcher' is definitely 'Launcher' ;) Simple concept, no messy left/right scrolling on the home screen like Summerboard. Just a personal preference ;)

I like Categories from BigBoss.

summerboard and categories.

1) make 4 categories on the first page of your iphone. and add the icons to them.
2) use customize to hide the icons which u added to categories from your main summerboard
3)voila! now u have only one page.

personally i have 7 categories and i chose to leave some icons on the main summerboard, like installer. scrolling right makes me feel good.

Thanks for your answers.
I read that there are some issues in summerboard if I uninstall it. Is it true? I don't want to mess my iPhone now that is working fine.
Thanks!

Why would you want to uninstall it?

Start installing summerboard, because if you don't and you star installing other apps you'll get sprinboard stacked to it max 16 icons display and you won't have the option to scroll it.

Launcher is the simplest and fastest one out there, but it only launches 3rd party apps.

is it possible to have both summerboard and Categories??
Or do they conflict with each other

That's what I was doing as well, loving summerboard and customize. Then, two days ago I tried Categories, and it's fantastic! Seems to play nice with summerboard and customize as well :)
