Where to buy SilverCard online from North America?

Anyone know where I can order one online that accepts Paypal and is from North America. Seems like all the places I have found so far are in the UK. Thanks in advance.

I'm going to say no to your question. I searched high and low in hopes to find a SilverCard in North America but couldn't find anything. I found many shops in the UK and luckily, my uncles lives in the UK, so i had the cards shipped to him so he can ship them to me.
